The General Council(GC)
The General Council(GC) of FOCUS SOCIETY consists 21 members from different areas of professional like social worker, Teacher, Businessman, Private Service and housewife etc. This Council is the supreme authority to approve annual budget, any kind of policies, rules and regulation and decisions. The Council meets twice in a year. The Council can meet in the meeting when necessary.
The Executive Council(EC)
The Executive Council of FOCUS SOCIETY is elected by the members of the general Council for the period of 2(two) years. It consists of 7 members from different area and different professions. The Executive Council is the sole responsible for management, administration, policy making and implementation of all activities of the organization. The EC is sole authority to undertake and execute development programs of the organization. The General Secretary reserves rights to take final decisions in all matters of the organization as an Executive Director. When he/she will not able to take decision he/she can share with EC. He/she also responsible for maintaining liaison with Government, Donors, Partners organizations and other agencies. The EC meets every 3(three) months in a year and also meet when it is needed.

Executive Director
The Executive Director of FOCUS SOCIETY is the sole authority who is selected by the Executive Council. Executive Director gives consent to all executive decisions and responsible for overall administration and program implementation. Executive Director is responsible for keeping contact with the Govt. and the Non-Government agencies and donors. The Executive Director is accountable to the Executive Council.
Project Implementation Strategy
FOCUS SOCIETY always tries to make innovation program by its own initiatives and try to implement the program in the respective field. When a project and project fund got from any of the donor then it completed the Memorandum of Understand (MOU) with the donor. In the first step of implementation, FOCUS SOCIETY recruited project personnel according to the rules of the organization. After completion of recruitment, the recruited staffs are called in an orientation/meeting. In that meeting they will be oriented about organizational rules and regulation, project goal and objectives, project activities and project guidelines. Then the staffs will capable to implement the project activities.
